POSITION OVERVIEW:
NETCLUES! is looking for a PHP Developers to work in our Ahmedabad
Office. We are looking for people who are interested in developing their
career with us, as we develop our Programming Team.

Flexibility, adaptability and the ability to learn quickly in various
technical and creative environments, while delivering quality design
work by tight deadlines, are key attributes of this individual.
· Fluency in English Communication
· Willing to Work in 24*7 Shifts
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
· Updating the site with added features.
· Testing the site for proper functioning.
· Detecting for any technical errors that might have
arisen due to any mistake in the code.
· Provide efficient support to the PHP content.
· Good knowledge and understanding of the type of content
the website is planning to host.
· Develop the content based on the client requirements.
· Deliver proper guidance and support on the page layout
and display features for the client websites.
· Will have proper communication other programmers and
designers for an efficient outcome.
· Will have to do the documentation of the program and
include technical specifications in the code.
· Proper testing of the developed code at various stages
to detect bugs.
· Collaborate with several individuals like designers, CSS
& HTML programmers and project manager.
· Designing architecture of the program
· Manage relationships with clients
· Work with cross-functional teams as and when required
· Keep up-to-date with all NETCLUES! projects and its
enhancements
· Maintain excellent customer satisfaction level
· Other duties as assigned
SKILLS REQUIRED:
· Experience of object oriented programming / modular
programming (essential)
· Understanding of MVC design patterns and frameworks
(essential)
· Front-end development including jQuery (desirable, not
essential).
· Understanding of Ajax (desirable, not essential).
· Experience of the full software development lifecycle: from
requirements gathering and functional specification authoring, to
development, testing and delivery (desirable, not essential).
· Smarty templating (desirable, not essential).
· Commercial experience in Web Application development and /
or software development (desirable, not essential).
· Some knowledge of the Linux command line (desirable, not
essential).
· Good levels of communication. Both written and verbal
· Enthusiasm and an interest in all things technology
· Operates effectively as a member of the development team.
· Operates effectively as an individual for quick turnaround
of enhancements and adjustments.
· Responsible for meeting expectations and deliverables on
time and in high quality
· Excellent written and oral communication skills.
· Desire and willingness to work in a collaborative,
innovative, flexible and team-oriented environment
