* Participate in entire software development cycle by analyzing, planning, developing and supporting new and existing applications
* Define and implement software coding and documentation standards
* Meet assigned deadlines.
* Good analytical, problem solving & communication Skills.

2. Back Office Executive/ Out of Hours Helpdesk Executive

Position: 5

Necessary Skills Required:

* Manage the inbound process from the U.K. Clients.
* Provide members with timely responses to any helpdesk related matters.
* Maintain good relationship with clients.
* Liaise with internal management team and staff to resolve customer queries.
* Raising and monitoring jobs on system.
* Other duties as assigned.
